Note that travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

Registration fee
All indicate rates above include a VAT of 20% at current rate at the day of printing:

Early rate registration (until April 02, 2015):   
Standard: 350 €
Mini-symposia organizers: 300€

Regular registration
Standard: 410€
Mini-symposia organizers: 360€

The registration fees includes for all packages:
-      Lunches and Breaks from June 29 to July 3
-         Entry to all conference sessions including mini symposia
-         Proceeding
-         Conference bag, containing the official conference material.

Optional Fee:
The Conference Gala Dinner is an optional event. A supplement of 120€ (including transportation) is payable if you wish to attend. Additional tickets can be purchased for accompanying person.

Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations
All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement (will be processed AFTER the Congress):

-        Up to April 15, 2015: 50€ cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee,
-        After April, 2015 no refund will be possible

If unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. Please send written instructions for this. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
